You may be able to get it welded and refinished, but you're probably better off either finding another on ebay or something or getting some new wheels. The AV3s are an early 90s design anyway, and since (imo) it's not that nice of a wheel (the way a higher-end Rays wheel, Work wheel, etc might be), I wouldn't even waste my time trying to fix it. I had a set of AV3s on my black slicktop when I bought it, and I traded them straight up for a set of tt stockers. Stock wheels look better than the AV3s imo. Just my $.02
